1. whether it will affect the communication among the staff if the administrators use ICTs in the school?
This question seems to be broad and vague. I do not have more ideas about it. The relationship about online and offline community may help some about it... need to dig more about it. The difference among the different ethnicity have different relationship online and offline. As in the international school as mine, this feature need to be taken into account.
